- I-NK is registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, as a “not for profit” Section 8 company, the annual surplus income is ploughed back for further development of the Institute.
- Govt. of West Bengal approves I-NK as Super Speciality Hospital for Neurosciences in the year 2013.
- I-NK has been accorded recognition as a Scientific & Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by the Dept. of Scientific & Industrial Research, Govt. of India in August 2013.
